FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS

Step under the lights for the ultimate training environment. Friday Night Lights is CAT-7’s elite girls lacrosse training series built for players on the college track — whether already committed or working to get there.

When: Fridays, 7:00–8:30 PM

Where: Patel High School

Led By: Director, Erin Fitzgerald Ebert

Format: High-intensity, high-rep training sessions that mirror the speed, skill, and demands of the college game

Who: Open to high school girls only — players from all clubs and high schools are welcome

Players may register for single drop-in sessions, or purchase training packages or a full-season package at discounted rates.
